On Februry 12, the New Members Training was Held by National University of Applied Science and Technology Alliance in Tianjin University of Technology and Education. Vice President Tian,Professor Shu and Professor Yang attended the training.

On the meeting , Mr. Meng Qingguo, the Party committee secretary of Tianjin University of Technology and Educaiton, Director of National University of Applied Science and Technology Alliance introduced its articles of the Confederation and working arrangement of this year. Ten universities respectively introduced its construction and development plan on applied science and technology as new members. Professor Huang Daren, former president of Zhongshan University and Professor Mu Yanlin锛孌irector of Chongqing Education Commission made wonderful comment and guidance on their speeches. Mr. Chen Feng, Deputy director of development and Planning Department of the Ministry of Education made an important speech on the working plan of 2014 and the construction standard of applied universities at length.

Vice President Tian Yongguo delivered an excellent speech on the running principle, local characteristics, applied university construction plan and speciality construction achievements of Tongren University on the meeting,.
