On Februarty 23, "the Coarch Station for Juveniles Psychological Health of Tongren City" was authorized in Tongren University by Municipal Party committee City Hall on the meeting of propaganda minister in Tongren City with more than 300 people attending the awarding ceremony including Liu Jie, Municipal party committee member, propaganda minister of Tongren City and propaganda ministers from different counties of Tongren City and defferent departments and bureaus leaders in Tongren city.

On the awarding ceremony, "the Coarch Station for Juveniles Psychological Health of Tongren City" was authorized by Liu Jie in Tongren University and was accepated by Tan Guangtao,the propaganda minister of Tongren Universit.Minister Liu hoped that Tongren University can carry out the important and difficult task and Tan Guangtao expressed Tongren University must try its best to build a wonderful intelligent home for juveniles.
