On May 25, the Qualification Trial of "Peace Cup" China Beijing Opera Invitational Tournament in Tongren Competition Area of 2016 organized by Tongren Culture, Radio, Film, TV, Press and Publication Bureau is held at Tongren Opera Theater. Guo Zhengfan from School of Arts of Tongren University competes with other 20 candidates and performs two clips of the traditional Beijing opera titled Go to the Rooftop. Guo wins the only first prize of Tongren Competition Area with a high score of 9.86.

It is reported that Guo Zhengfan will participate in the Qualification Trial of Guizhou Competition Area on behalf of Tongren University later.
