On the afternoon of June 2, Chi Yong, vice president of Guizhou University of Engineering Science, Xia Weilan, director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, Zeng Hui, dean of the School of International Education, and other companions pay an exchange visit to Tongren University. A forum is held for this purpose at Conference Room 8326 of the Administrative Building. Dai Liang, vice president of Tongren University, Yang Qin, deputy dean of the School of Foreign Languages, and related persons of the School of International Education are present at the forum.Chi Yong shares with the attendants valuable experience of Guizhou University of Engineering Science in exchange programs including teacher exchange, cadre attachment, and student exchange, and introduces the basic information on the education internationalization efforts made by the University. Chi speaks highly of the efforts made by Tongren University in education internationalization.

Dai Liang goes briefly over the education internationalization of Tongren University, and expresses his hope that the two universities will strengthen cooperation and exchange in school running mode reform, cultivation of applied technical talents, and improvement of social service ability, and become strategic partners to achieve a win-win result.

After that, the two parties have discussion about issues such as oversea student enrollment, management, credit recognition and teaching, and eventually reach various agreements. On the current day, Chi Yong and his companions visit the dorm of oversea students and other places on the campus.
