On April 7, the Seminar on Campus Culture Construction is held by the Propaganda Department at the Conference Room on the third floor of the Administrative Building. President Hou Changlin, Vice President Dai Liang, Ye Dan, head of the Propaganda Department, Tan Shigang, dean of the School of Art and Design, Liao Yanlin, president of Wuling Ethnic Culture Research Institute, Luo Jing, dean of the School of Biology and Agricultural and Forestry Engineering, and Gao Yuqiong, director of the Teaching and Research Office of Gardens, are all present at the Seminar.

At the Seminar, Gao Yuqiong delivers a report on Scheme of Ecological Campus Construction, Liao Yanlin delivers a report on Implementation Scheme of Construction of Fanjingshan Humanity and Natural Ecology Museum, Ye Dan delivers a report on the Design Scheme for Campus Signage System and Corridor Decoration; and Tan Shigang delivers a report on Design Scheme for Subject Sculptures on the Campus.
