On the afternoon of October 21, the Work Seminar on "Ten Special Reforms" Promotion Scheme is held at Conference Room 8302, Third Floor, Administrative Building. Rao Xiaohua, deputy secretary of CPC Tongren University Committee, Ye Dan, head of the Propaganda Department, and officials of other related departments are present at the Seminar.

Over the Seminar, Ye Dan explains the specific content of the Ten Special Reforms, and the "Ten Special Reforms‘ Promotion Scheme in details, and points out that the Scheme should be implemented by "implementing project management, formulating implementation scheme, strengthening organization and leadership, sticking to overall planning and coordination, enhancing monitoring and inspection and publicizing public opinion guidance".

Rao stresses that reform deepening is a major task of the University, and the officials of the University of different levels are attaching great importance to it. He adds that this Seminar is held to expedite the implementation of reform to ensure it is not abandoned without finished. Rao hopes that the related responsible departments will be devoted to related work, and strive to realize the reform goals of the University.
