On September 11, Ren Qiming, executive director of the Master Office, Chinese Postgraduate Center, Thailand Panyapiwat Institute, Xu Xiaobo, the deputy director of the Office, and Chang Cheng, director in charge of Chinese affairs of the Office of International Exchange, visit Tongren University to negotiate inter-school cooperation. A forum is held for this purpose at the Conference Room of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature of Tongren University. Hu Hui, director of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, Tian Xingbin, head of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature, and Yang Yan, secretary of General CPC Branch, are all present at the forum.

At the forum, Qi Ming introduces the attendants to the MBA program and doctoral program of Thailand Panyapiwat Institute; after that, Yang Yan goes briefly over the school-running history, current situation, teaching staff, teaching achievements and scientific research of Tongren University, and then Hu Hui gives an introduction to the education internationalization efforts made by Tongren University.

After the forum, Qi Ming, Xu Xiaobo, Chang Cheng and main responsible persons of some of the second-level schools and departments talk about the MBA-DBA program, and explain the master enrollment guide to the students present.
