On the morning of April 6, a negotiation meeting on school running between Tongren University and Wanshan District is held in the Conference Room on the third floor of the Administrative Building. Tian Yujun, secretary of CPC Wanshan District Committee, Zhang Jigang, the district mayor, Zhang Yong, a standing member of the CPC District Committee, Wang Qingxin and Feng Bin, the deputy mayors, and responsible persons of the Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau of Tongren, the City Planning Bureau, and Land and Resources Bureau of Tongren, are present at the Meeting. Li Shuxin, secretary of CPC Tongren University Committee, President Hou Changlin, Vice President Dai Liang, and Wang Guicheng, the assistant to the president, and responsible persons of related departments are present.

At the Meeting, Li Shuxin gives a brief introduction to the school running conditions, talent cultivation, teaching staff, and social service of Tongren University, and explains the development, construction and future planning of the University, The two parties express their determined intention to cooperate in school running, and emphasize the urgency and necessity of cooperative school running.

Hou Changlin express his own opinions on the overall planning of the University, and explains the future development and cooperative school running ideas of Tongren University. Hou proposes the ideas about integration of new university and characteristic town, and shows the determination to build Tongren into a national model of higher education.

At the Meeting, Tian Yujun and Zhang Jigang respectively deliver a speech, and propose the initial ideas about cooperative school running. They hope that the two parties could reach an agreement, and seize the opportunity and launch the cooperative school running as soon as possible.
