On July 19, Rao Xiaohua, deputy secretary of CPC Tongren University Committee, attends the “Two-Learn and One-Act” Learning and Education Seminar of the First CPC Branch as an ordinary CPC member. Rao stresses that the "Two-Learn and One-Act" education and learning should be carried out satisfactorily, and CPC members should "act as a legible person", "act as an legible member", set an example of what a CPC member should be.

At the Seminar, the attendants review the CPC constitution, and learn the Rule for Disciplinary Sanction of Communist Party of China, and the Codes for Honesty and Self-discipline of Communist Party of China. Furthermore, spirit of the speech delivered by President Xi at the 95th Anniversary Meeting of Communist Party of China is conveyed. Attendants are asked to watch the micro-video party class titled "Well Disciplined and Well Behaved".
