On July 11, a delegation of 15 members, including head of the delegation of Taiwan-Guizhou Economic, Trading and Cultural Exchange Association, Ms. Shen Yuling, chairman of Yongyuan Industrial Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang Wansheng, deputy head of the Delegation and general secretary of Fuji Xerox Taiwan Corporation, visit Tongren University. A forum is held for this purpose at the Conference Room, 2/F of the Administrative Building of Tongren University. President Hou Changlin, Vice President Luo Hongfang, Wei Min, director of Tongren Taiwan Affairs Office, and related persons, and the responsible persons for related functional departments and schools, are present.

At the forum, Luo Hongfang delivers a speech. Luo says that Taiwan and mainland China are a family, and Tongren University and universities and colleges in Taiwan are of the same source, which makes a favorable foundation for the two to collaborate. Tongren University will stick to the open school-running ideas, and treasure the close ties between Taiwan and mainland China, and partner with universities and colleges in Taiwan with respect to education business development on the strategic level.

Shen Yuling delivers a speech. Shen gives a brief introduction to the employers, job and achievements of the members of the Delegation, and information on economy, trade, culture and education of Taiwan.

Over the forum, Luo Hongfang signs the cooperation agreement on behalf of Tongren University with China University of Technology, China University of Science and Technology and Ming Chuan University.
