Dai Liang

Dai Liang, male, Tujia nationality, member of CPC, MPM, bore in Feb, 1963. Member of the party committee，vice-president of Tongren University. He is in charge of the works of Office of Logistics and Assets Management, the construction of the new campus, and also has a close connection with the Department of Law and Politics, the Department of Social Science.

Mr. Dai liang graduated from the Chemistry Department of Tongren Teachers’ College in July, 1981 and began to work in August of the same year. From 1981 to 1990, he was engaged in the work of being a teacher in a middle school and the County Party School, a theoretical worker in the Propaganda Department of the County Party Committee. From October, 1990 to September, 1992, he was the deputy director in the County Bureau of Radio and Television, and the director of the Propaganda Department of Yinjiang County from October, 1992 to October, 1995. In November, 1997, he was appointed the deputy secretary in Sinan County, and the county magistrate of Sinan County in 2002. From 2008 to 2011, he was the director of Education Bureau of Tongren district and began to work in Tongren University from August, 2011. He is an MPM of a joint training programme sponsored by Guizhou University and Quebec University in Canada.
