On January 18th, 2013, a notice comes to Tongren University that the Central Propaganda Department and the Central Office of Spiritual Civilization will invite Zhang Lei,one of the national moral models, to attend 2013 CCTV Spring Festival Gala.

Besides Zhang Lei, three other models will also be invited, who are Comrades Liu Xing-yuan, Zhang Li-li, and Gao Tie-cheng . On behalf of the national moral models , they will send New Year's greetings to the people of the whole country.

Being an important activity of the National People's spiritual lives during the Spring Festival, the annual CCTV Spring Festival Gala is so popular among the whole country. Moral models attending it and sending greetings in it will deepen the implementation of the Party's eighteenth conference about "improving the moral qualities of the citizens" and "promoting the study of the moral model鈥檚 normalization", which will further promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization of the country as well as that of our university.
