With the Spring Festival around the corner, on the afternoon of February 1, Rao Xiao-hua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Zhou Jin-yong, the vice President, together with the leaders of some other departements , such as General Office of Party Commission锛孫rganization Department, Personnel Department and Propaganda Department , visit all the retired cadres of the college, sending them the care and New Year鈥檚 blessing .
