At 7p.m, on December 9th,a rock concert denoting the closing ceremony of the third Association Culture Festival is solemnly held in the auditorium in Tongren University. The following leaders attend the ceremony, director of student affairs office, Luo Hongfang, secretary of communist youth league, Zhang Chengyong, vice minister of propaganda department,Jiang Xiaohong, deputy secretary of communist youth league, Zhang Qian, and other leaders. The rock concert was chaired by Tian Miao, Yang Xiao, Zhou Dan, Yu Sichong, Wan Yi, and Xiong Yu .

The awarding ceremony is carried out throughout the concert. The festival set up awards for a total of more than 10 categories including the first, the second, and the third classes and the award-winner students are from different departments.
