On the afternoon of January 9, the conference about high-level talent engineering promotion was held by our faculty. Rao Xiaohua, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, Tian Yongguo, deputy dean, Yang Chenguang, chief of the personal department, and teachers from all departments who were going to apply for the senior professional post in 2014, have participated in the conference. It was stressed in the conference that the strengthening of teaching team construction is a necessity for school development, which was also a reflection for the conditions of school running. So the school with promote the construction of "double-hundred engineering" vigorously, so as to provide favorable conditions for the application of senior professional post by teachers.

In the meeting, Rao Xiaohua encouraged qualified teachers to take part in the application of senior professional post in 2014 positively, and asked the relevant departments to do the service job well in order to provide various help for those teachers. Rao also hoped that high requirements shall be made for the related teachers with the preparation of academic paper presentation, monograph publishing, and scientific project application, thus achieving the stable success.
