In the afternoon of October 14th, 2013, "Qin Mo" scholarship awarding ceremony was held in the meeting room on the third floor of our university. The founder ,Stanley Zimmer (Mr. Qin Mo) and his younger sister Nancy Zimmer (Ms. Nancy) are represent to the scene. Zhou Jinyong, vice president of our university, Shi Jiancheng, Director of Funding Center, a few vice directors from different Departments and more than 20 students who have won the scholarship attended the awarding ceremony hosted by Miss Yu Rui Han from the Foreign Language Department .

During the ceremony, vice president Zhou first expressed Sincere thanks to Mr. Qin for being concerned about our university. Then, Mr. Qin said, he can feel great enthusiasm and friendship from vice President Zhou and the teachers and students each time when he comes to Tongren University. He also encouraged the students to learn to love, learn to forgive others.

Finally, vice President zhou, Mr. Qin and Ms. Nancy awarded honorary certificates to five students and took a group photo with them in front of the building of Foreign Language Department .
