Rao Xiaohua

Rao Xiaohua, who was born in Tongren, Guizhou, majored inagriculture and graduated from Agricultural department of originalGuizhou Agricultural College in August, 1983. At the same time, he worked in Tongren Agricultural School. With the need of work, hewas appointed to work in the Agricultural and Industrial departmentof Tongren Districts Committee and Tongren Agricultural and Economic Committee in September, 1986. In January, 1997, he wasappointed as communist member and Deputy Director of TongrenAgricultural Office and Tongren Poverty Relief Office. In Mar, 2002, he was transferred to Jiangkou County as Deputy PartySecretary, CCP of Jiangkou and the County Chief of JiangkouPeople鈥檚 Government. From Jan, 2005 to Dec, 2008, he wasappointed as Party Secretary, CCP of Jiangkou. In Mar. 2005, he was also appointed as Jiangkou Countys鈥
