In order to enhance the harmonious campus culture of our university, enrich the after-school cultural life of the students, The Third Cultural Festival of Young Teaching Staff and Students鈥橴nion has ceremoniously inaugurated in front of the building of liberal arts on November 19th. Many School leaders attended the opening ceremony, they are Luo Hongfang, the minister of the Students' Affairs Division, Zhang Chengyong, the secretary of the Youth League Committee, Jiang Xiaohong the deputy of the Propaganda department, Liu Shan, the general secretary of the Youth League Committee of foreign languages department, Dai Ming, the chairman of the Photography Association in Tongren City, along with Zheng Jianxi, the general secretary of the Photography Association. The opening ceremony was chaired by Tian Miao, a teacher from the Youth League Committee in the university.
