On the afternoon of September 13, President Hou Changlin delivers a speech titled "Ideas Leading Development - Practical Exploration of Applied Transformation of Tongren University" at Room 206 of Bosi Building. Section level and vice section level cadres from various schools and departments, directors of teaching and research offices and the academic leaders of Tongren University are present to listen to the speech.

In his speech, President Hou Changlin explains the ideas, positioning, system, talent cultivation, scientific research, social service, characteristic development and prospects of the University, and probes into the school running guiding ideology, transformation development road, and overall planning and requirement.
