On the morning of August 3, the "Eighth China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week" themed "learning from each other, benefiting the future", sponsored jointly by the Ministry of Education, the People's Government of Guizhou Province and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, co-organized by the Ministry of Commerce, the Central Committee of the Communist Young League, China-ASEAN Center and SEAMEO, is held at Guiyang International Ecological Conference Center. Luo Hongfang, vice president of Tongren University, and Hu Hui, director of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, and other companions are present.

To enhance cooperation and communication with foreign colleges and universities, the delegation led by Luo Hongfang have participated in the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Negotiating Meeting. At the Meeting, Luo introduces Tongren University to colleges, universities and education institutions of ASEAN, and actively negotiates and discusses with them. In particular, inter-school cooperation agreements have been signed with the Sangmyung University of Korea, and the University of Re'ahemadalan of Indonesia, and cooperation agreements have been signed with the University of Malangmuhamodiya of Indonesia and the Education Department of Louang Namtha, Laos.After the exchange, Tongren University has established mutual benefit and reciprocity cooperation relationship with ASEAN colleges and universities, and obtained a better understanding of the development situation and cooperative school-running ideas of ASEAN colleges and universities, and has introduced itself to those colleges and universities.
