Tongren University and ZhiDing Human Resources Co. Ltd. co-held an on-campus job fair of the 2014 graduates at the school basketball court. Vice president Zhou Jinyong and leaders from departments visited the job fair and communicated with employers and graduates.

There were nearly 40 enterprises attending in this job fair, including education, catering, hotel, food and administration and other different professions. It can be also seen many students who still not graduate or come from other school appeared in the job fair. According to the demand condition, there were more than 1,000 positions offered, which has an obvious increase compared with the same period in last year. Students positively participated in the job fair and more than 700 of them delivered self-recommendation letters. Some employers gave credit for our employment work and the quality of our graduates.

From this job fair, students has understood the severe employment situation and also learned some skills for interview.
