On August 6, a delegation of five, including Zhong Renqin, president of Chaoyang University of Technology, Lin Shuquan, head of the International Office, and Hu Xiao, director of the Office of Vocational Education and Adult Education of the Education Department of Guizhou Province, visit Tongren University for inter-school exchange. A forum is held for this purpose at the Chuandong Campus of Tongren University. President Hou Changlin, and Vice President Luo Hongfang of Tongren University, Hu Hui, director of the International Affairs Office, and responsible persons of related departments and schools, are all present at the forum.

Over the forum, Luo Hongfang gives an introduction to the development history and the international school-running conditions of Tongren University.
