On April 19, Doctor Cheng Han from the International and Cross-strait Exchange Center of Vanung University pays an exchange visit to Tongren University. A forum is held at the Conference Room on the third floor of Administrative Building of Tongren University. Yang Jian, dean of the School of Economics and Management, Tian Chunyan, deputy secretary of the General CPC Branch of the School of Information Engineering, Fang Ke, director of the Teaching and Research Office of the School of Physics and Electronic Engineering, and Fu Leilei and Liu Man, teachers from the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, are present at the forum. At the forum, Cheng Han gives a brief introduction to the open school running mode, discipline setting and advantages of Vanung University. The persons of Tongren University consults about the oversea student management mode and teaching system of Vanung University.

After the forum, Cheng Han delivers a special lecture titled "Vanung University, flying with Taiwan" at Class Room 105, Bosi Building.
