Recently, the opening ceremony of 2016 Study-in-China (Guizhou) Education Exhibition is held in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. Chen Min'er, chairman of the Standing Committee of Guizhou Provincial People's Congress and secretary of Guizhou Province CPC Committee, is present at the opening ceremony. Wang Fengyou, head of the Education Department of Guizhou Province, Xi Hui, counselor of Embassy of China in Vietnam, and Fan Zhiqiang, deputy head of the International Affairs Department, Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, have delivered speeches. A delegation led by Li Shuxin, secretary of Tongren University CPC Committee, attend the opening ceremony as representatives of the participating colleges and universities, together with a total of nearly 400 persons, including presidents of colleges and universities and headmasters of senior middle schools of Vietnam.

At the Exhibition, Li Shuxin explains the student enrollment guide of Tongren University. CEPECE representative of Vietnam, and the representatives of presidents of colleges and universities and headmasters of senior middle schools of Vietnam and student representatives are also present. The delegation actively introduces Tongren University to other participants and seek for cooperation and exchange project opportunities, in an effort to strengthen exchange with colleges and universities in Vietnam. Participating students come to the booth of Tongren University one after another to ask about the study matters. Many of the students even have signed up.

During the stay in Vietnam, the delegation pays a visit to Vietnam University of Transportation Technology. The University is well-known for its transportation related specialties, and complete and all-round practical experiment base, and it provides something to learn with respect to strengthening construction of characteristic specialty group and the construction of practical training base.
