From August 13 to 14, the "2016 (Second) China Vocational Education International Cooperation Summit" co-sponsored by World Education Cooperation Forum, GTA Vocational Education and industry Development Research Institute and Shenzhen Federation of Industries is held in Longgang, Shenzhen. Hou Changlin, president of Tongren University, leads a delegation of 3, including Vice President Luo Hongfang of the University, to attend the Summit as invited experts.

Hou Changlin and Luo Hongfang attend the opening ceremony of the Summit, the round-table conference themed "Blueprint for Vocational Education to Go out under One-Belt and One-Road Strategy", and the high-level forum themed "Reform of Supply Side of Vocational Education, Targeted Poverty Alleviation, One Belt and One Road, Made in China 2025 and Talent Cultivation".

During the event, Hou Changlin delivers a speech at the private round-tabel conference themed "Blueprint for Vocational Education to Go out under One-Belt and One-Road Strategy".

After the discussion, attendants from Tongren University have an understanding of the talent cultivation mode of vocational education, and learn the experience in transformation of applied technical university, path of government-private cooperative school running, policy focus for vocational education and etc., which informs the transformation development and improvement of education internationalization of Tongren University.
