On October 10, the Second Exchange Meeting of "9+1" College and University Collaboration Alliance of Guizhou Province is held at Qiannan Normal College for Nationalities. Attendants exchange ideas surrounding "deepening reform of colleges and universities and serving local social and economic development". A delegation led by President Hou Changlin, including Zhang Xuefei, director of the Office of Scientific Research, and Luo Jing, director of the Office of Development Planning, attends the Meeting.

The Meeting is composed of four parts, namely, the opening ceremony, keynote speech, group discussion and closing ceremony. In the keynote speech part, Hou Changlin delivers a speech titled "deepening comprehensive reform and serving local development", and gives an introduction to the strategy, content, path and approach of comprehensive reform carried out in Tongren University. In the discussion part, Tongren University representatives actively express their opinions based on the theme of the Meeting from their angle of view.

The visit to Qiannan Normal College for Nationalities has strengthened the friendship between Tongren University and the sister school, and promotes the school running achievements of Tongren University. It also provides more information on assessment and review, and valuable experience, and lays a solid foundation for further material construction and evaluation.
