The National Seminar on "Innovation Driving Regional Development" co-sponsored by Guangxi Normal University and CARE is held in Guilin on November 25-27. Doctor Wang Youyun, a member of CARE and a teacher of the School of Humanities of Tongren University attends the Seminar upon invitation.

Doctor Wang has submitted an academic paper titled Agreement Governing: Public Problems in the Region of "One Belt and One Road and New Cooperative Governing Approach to the Seminar. During academic exchange, Wang points out that agreement governing will be playing an important role in "One Belt and One Road" and the global modern governing system construction. The theoretical perspective of agreement governing should be introduced to identify the cooperative agreement governing approach to the "One Belt and One Road" region.
