On December 16, Li Xi, a researcher of talent service of Guizhou Provincial Department of Human Resource and Social Security, an accrediting expert of "One Thousand Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents", and Wu Jiaming, a workman, and Yao Xiangdong, deputy director of Tongren Human Resource and Social Security Bureau, and other persons visit Tongren University for accreditation and appraisal of "One Thousand Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents". A forum is held for this purpose at Conference Room 8312 of the Administrative Building. Vice President Luo Hongfang, Yang Chengguang, director of the Human Resource Office, Zhang Xuefei, director of the Office of Scientific Research, Shi Wei, dean of the College of Material and Chemical Engineering, and Doctor Luo Hairong, responsible person for declaration of "One Thousand Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents", are present at the forum.

Over the forum, Li Xi gives an introduction to the delegation, and goes over the basic items included in the field visit. Luo Hairong delivers a report on the declaration. The experts, based on the content of the report, ask questions regarding project team building, key technologies and research progress, and offer opinions and suggestions on team building, platform construction and horizontal cooperation.

After the forum, the delegation pay a visit the practical training center, and have a deep understanding of the equipment, facility, scientific research conditions and research platform of the Project.
