一、基本条件

1. Eligibility

1.国籍：持外国有效普通护照的非中国籍公民
1. Nationality: Non-Chinese citizen holding a valid passport

2.年龄：不超过35 岁
2. Age: Not more than 35 years of age

3.学历：具有学士学位（或同等学力），学习成绩优秀
3. Education: bachelor's degree (or equivalent), with excellent academic performance

4.品德与健康状况：身心健康，品行端正，遵纪守法，无犯罪记录
4. Values and Health: physically and mentally healthy, upright conduct, law-abiding, no criminal record

5.申请时，未获得中国各级政府及录取院校设立的其他奖学金（各类一次性奖励金除外）
6. At the time of application, have not received any other scholarship at any level of the Chinese government or an admitting institution (excluding one-time awards)

二、申请流程

2. Application

（一）登录铜仁学院国际学生入学在线申请系统https://gztrc.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx或在铜仁学院国际学生招生邮箱中提交材料（在经费来源一栏选择“铜仁学院外国留学生奖学金”或“个人自费”）
(1). Log into Tongren University international student online application system at https://gztrc.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx or via the admissions email for international students at Tongren University (select “Tongren University International Student Scholarship” or “Self-funded” in the funding source section)

1.审批入学流程依次为：材料审核、面试/考核、拟录取公示、发放录取通知书、办理JW202表与签证、入学注册
1. Application process is as follows: document review, interview/assessment, result announcement (provisional), issue admission notice, processing JW202 form and visa, enrollment

2.申请者需确保所填信息准确无误
2. Applicants must ensure all information provided is accurate

3.申请者应保持电话畅通，定期查看网上报名系统，我校将根据实际需求与申请者联系。
3. Applicants shall remain available to be reached by phone and check the online application system regularly. We may contact applicants when necessary.

（二）申请材料清单
(2) List of Application Materials

1.护照扫描件（有效期1年以上）。如曾有过中国签证，需提供最近一次中国签证页。
1. Scanned copy of your passport (must remain valid for more than 1 year). If you have ever been issued a Chinese visa, please provide the page with the most recent Chinese visa.

2.最高学历证书（本科阶段）。中英文以外文本，须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
2. Highest educational certificate (undergraduate level). Documents a language other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English translation.

3.学习成绩单（自本科阶段起）。提供中/英文成绩单，如为英语以外语种，需另提供英文翻译件并公证。
3. Academic transcripts (from undergraduate level). Please provide transcripts in Chinese or English. Documents a language other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English translation.

4.语言能力证明文件。需提供汉语水平达到新版HSK五级180分以上且在有效期内的证明文件（有效期至2026年6月15日）；若曾以中文完成中国高校学位，可免此项要求。
4. Language proficiency certificate. Certificate of Chinese language proficiency level of above 180 points on the new HSK Level 5 (valid until at least June 15, 2026). This requirement is waived if the applicant has completed a degree program conducted in Chinese from a Chinese university.

5.推荐信。需提交两名副教授及以上职称人员开具的中/英文推荐信（开具日期须为2026年1月1日之后）。推荐信重点应包含对申请人来华学习目标的阐述，以及对其综合能力、未来发展的评价，同时需提供推荐人的详细联系方式。
5. Reference letter The applicant must submit reference letters in Chinese/English by two individuals with associate professors credentials or above (dated after January 1, 2026). The letters shall focus on elaborating the applicant's objectives for studying in China, as well as evaluating their overall abilities and future development. Detailed contact information of the reference providers must be provided.

6.来华学习计划。需提交中/英文学习计划，字数要求1000字以上。学习计划应写明研究生阶段计划研究的方向、对专业方向的理解，以及自身原有的科研成果等内容。
6. Study plan in China. A study plan in Chinese/English of at least 1,000 words must be submitted. The plan must specify the applicant’s intended area of research, their understanding of such research area, and their current research achievements.

7.外国人体格检查表（中国驻外使领馆指定格式），包含姓名、性别、出生日期、通讯地址、国籍或地区、出生地、血型、照片以及过去是否患有某些疾病和是否患有危及公共秩序和安全的病症等详细信息。
7. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (format specified by the applicable Chinese embassy/consulate) with information on name, gender, birthday, address, nationality or region, birthplace, blood type, photo, and medical history pertaining to conditions that may endanger public order or safety. etc.

8.无犯罪记录证明（中文或英文版本）。
8. Certificate of No Criminal Record (Chinese or English version).

9.经济证明（银行存款证明，证明有足够的资金支付留学费用。本国所在银行账户）。
9. Financial proof (bank deposit certificate, evidencing sufficient funds to cover expenses while studying in China. Bank account in home country).

10.其他（申请人可以证明自己学习能力的其他材料）。
10. Other (other documents that many demonstrate the applicant’s academic abilities).

注：通过系统上传的所有材料须清晰、真实、有效，因材料不真实、不清晰或无法识别造成的后果由申请人承担。 一旦录取，申请专业原则上不得更换。新生入学时需提供以上材料的原件进行复查。新生入学后三个月为复查期，复查时如发现材料有任何形式的造假将不予注册入学，已收取费用不予退还。
Note: All materials uploaded must be clear, authentic, and valid. The applicant will bear all consequences of any issues arising from materials that are unclear, inauthentic, or unidentifiable. Once admitted, switching to other programs is not allowed, in principle. Students must provide the original copies of the above documents for verification when they arrive at the university. The verification period if three months after enrollment. The student will be refused registration if any form of falsification in the documents is identified, and all fees already collected will not be refunded.

三、费用标准

3. Fees

（一）学费（仅自费生缴纳）：

（二）住宿费：川硐校区：1200元/人/年（四人间）；乌江学院校区：600元/人/年（2人间）
(2) Accommodation: Chuandong Campus: RMB 1,200 yuan/person/year (four-person share); Wujiang College Campus: 600 yuan/person/year (two-person share)

（三）保险费：800元/年/人
(3) Insurance: RMB 800/year/person

（四）报名费：650元（人民币；申请人可通过申请系统线上支付。不论录取与否，该费用概不退还）
(4) Application: RMB 650 (paid online in the application system). This fee is non-refundable regardless of admission results.

注：因宿舍资源紧张，校内住宿由学校根据实际情况统一安排；所有学生需根据各学院（部）的要求自行购买教材，支付实验费、器材费等。
Note: With limited dormitory resources, on-campus accommodation will be arranged by the university as it deems fit; all students must purchase their own textbooks, pay for laboratory fees, equipment fees, etc., as required by their respective colleges (departments).

四、奖学金资助内容和标准（参照中国政府奖学金执行）
