一、学校简介

Ⅰ. Introduction to Tongren University

铜仁学院位于贵州省铜仁市。学校是国家“十三五”产教融合发展工程项目建设高校、黄炎培职业教育奖“优秀学校奖”获奖高校、教育部科学工作能力提升计划建设院校、贵州省首批向应用型转型发展试点高校和全国及省级文明单位、全国民族团结进步教育基地、全省民族团结进步示范学校，贵州省“三全育人”示范标杆高校，是中国高校水产学科发展联席会理事单位和中国新农科水产联盟单位。

Tongren University is located in Tongren City, Guizhou Province. The institution has been designated as a key university under the National “13th Five-Year Plan” for the Integrated Development of Industry and Education, a recipient of the “Outstanding School Award” of the Huang Yanpei Vocational Education Award, and a participating institution in the Ministry of Education’s Scientific Work Capacity Enhancement Initiative. It is also among the first batch of application-oriented transformation pilot universities in Guizhou Province, a nationally and provincially recognized civilized campus, a national education base for ethnic unity and progress, a provincial-level model school for ethnic unity and progress, and a Guizhou-based benchmark institution for “holistic education.” Additionally, the university serves as a council member of the on the Development of Aquaculture in Chinese Universities and a participating unit of the China New Agricultural Sciences Aquaculture Alliance.

学校现有在校全日制本科8387人，研究生159人。教职工926人，其中，博士219人、正高级职称175人（二级教授4人，三级教授20人）；学校现有博士生导师2人、研究生导师159人；“双师双能型”教师318人，省级“金师”（教学名师）10人。国务院政府特殊津贴专家2人，省管专家6人，省政府特殊津贴专家4人。

Tongren University has a current enrollment of 8,387 full-time undergraduates and 159 graduate students. Its faculty and staff number 926, including 219 doctoral degree holders and 175 full professors (among whom 4 are Level-2 professors and 20 are Level-3 professors). The university also boasts 2 doctoral supervisors and 159 graduate supervisors. Additionally, there are 318 “dual-qualified” instructors who possess both academic expertise and practical professional skills, as well as 10 provincial-level “Golden Teachers” (distinguished teaching award recipients). Among the faculty, 2 are recipients of the Special Government Allowance from the State Council, 6 are experts managed directly by the provincial government, and 4 receive the Special Allowance from the Guizhou Provincial Government .

学校始终坚持高素质应用型人才培养目标定位。现有国家二级师范认证专业10个（美术学、学前教育、体育教育、历史学、小学教育、英语、数学与应用数学、汉语言文学、音乐学、特殊教育）、国家卓越农林人才教育培养计划专业1个（农村区域发展）、国家级民族文化传承与创新示范专业1个（视觉传达设计）。

The university consistently adheres to its mission of cultivating high-quality, application-oriented professionals. It currently offers 10 undergraduate programs accredited with the National Second-Level Teacher Education Certification, including Fine Arts, Preschool Education, Physical Education, History, Primary Education, English, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, Chinese Language and Literature, Musicology, and Special Education. Additionally, the university hosts one program under the National Excellence in Agriculture and Forestry Talent Training Initiative (Rural Regional Development) and one national demonstration program for Ethnic Cultural Heritage and Innovation (Visual Communication Design).

学校瞄准中国式现代化贵州实践新要求，建立健全以优势学科为主干、多学科协同共生的学科生态体系，化学学科进入ESI国际排名前1%。现有“教育发展与山区乡村振兴”区域内一流建设学科I类学科群1个，贵州省区域内一流建设学科2个（教育学、化学工程与技术）、省级特色重点学科1个（民族学）、省级重点学科5个。

Guided by the new requirements of Chinese modernization for Guizhou’s development, the university has established and strengthened a disciplinary ecosystem centered on its advantageous fields, with multiple disciplines supporting and evolving together. Notably, its Chemistry discipline has entered the top 1% in the ESI global rankings. The university currently has one Tier I regional first-class discipline cluster in “Educational Development and Rural Revitalization in Mountainous Areas,” two provincial first-class construction disciplines (Education, and Chemical Engineering and Technology), one provincial-level characteristic key discipline (Ethnology), and five provincial-level key disciplines.

学校坚持国际化办学战略，积极开展国际交流合作。至今，为“一带一路”沿线国家培养高级工程技术和管理人才1748人次；与柬埔寨教育部、老挝琅南塔省教育厅等共建“人才培养基地”；先后与美国、英国、意大利等国（境）外85所高校和教育机构建立友好合作关系；与意大利马尔凯理工大学合作举办土木工程专业。

The university pursues an internationalization strategy and actively engages in global exchanges and cooperation. To date, it has trained 1,748 senior engineering, technical, and management professionals for countries along the Belt and Road. In collaboration with the Ministry of Education of Cambodia and the Department of Education of Luang Namtha Province in Laos, the university has jointly established “talent training bases.” It has also forged friendly partnerships with 85 universities and educational institutions abroad, including those in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy. Additionally, the university offers a cooperative program in Civil Engineering in partnership with Università Politecnica delle Marche in Italy.

（一）本科生奖学金

(1) Undergraduate Scholarship

1. HSK6、HSK5或HSK4≧240分的学生，可申请铜仁学院校长奖学金(海外合作院校和优秀校友推荐优先），学生申请将获得校长奖学金用于支付100%的学费。

1. Students with HSK6, HSK5 or HSK4 scores ≥240 may apply for the Tongren University President’s Scholarship (priority given to nominees from overseas partner institutions and outstanding alumni). Successful applicants will receive the President’s Scholarship covering 100% of their tuition fees.

（二）汉语进修生奖学金

(2) Chinese Language Learner Scholarship

为优秀国际学生提供铜仁学院校长奖学金，海外合作院校和优秀校友推荐优先。国际学院学生根据条件可以申请校长奖学金，用于支付学生70%的学费；乌江学院学生根据条件可以申请校长奖学金，用于支付学生100%的学费、住宿费。

The Tongren University President’s Scholarship is available to outstanding international students, with priority given to those nominated by overseas partner institutions and outstanding alumni. Eligible students from the College of International Studies and Education may apply for the President’s Scholarship to cover 70% of their tuition fees, while eligible students from Wujiang School may apply for the scholarship to cover 100% of their tuition and accommodation fees.

Ⅳ. Application Requirements for Admission

高中毕业或具有同等学历，身心健康，品行良好，无犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律和学校的规章制度，尊重中国风俗习惯，不具有中国国籍的外国人，年龄不超过30周岁，（年龄计算以截止至2026年7月15日为准）未满18周岁的申请者需提供监护证明。

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens under the age of 30 (as of July 15, 2026) and hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. They must be in good physical and mental health, demonstrate good conduct with no criminal record, abide by Chinese laws and university regulations, and respect Chinese customs. Those under the age of 18 must provide proof of guardianship.

持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。

Applicants must have held a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 4 years. Additionally, within the last 4 years (up to April 30th of the year of enrollment), they must have a record of actual residence outside their home country for at least 2 years. A period of actual residence abroad for a minimum of 9 months within a single year may be counted as one full year, as verified by entry and exit stamps.

1.相关表格。

填写《铜仁学院国际学生入学申请表》《铜仁学院国际学生奖学金申请表》《个人简历》(中英文版），贴上本人近期照片一张，由申请者本人签字。

1. Application Forms

Complete the Tongren University International Student Admission Application Form, the Tongren University International Student Scholarship Application Form, and a Resume (both Chinese and English versions). Attach a recent photo of yourself, and ensure all forms are signed by the applicant.

2.护照复印件。

普通护照个人信息页，曾来过中国大陆境内的申请人还需提供近3次出入中国境内的签证页或居留许可页。

2. Passport Copy

Applicants must provide the personal information page of their ordinary passport. Additionally, applicants who have previously visited the Chinese mainland must provide copies of the visa or residence permit pages for their three most recent entries into and exits from China.

3.最高学历证书。

须为原件及公证件，中、英文以外文本需提供公证的翻译件，应届高中毕业生提交本人所在学校出具的预计毕业证明原件。

3. Highest Education Certificate

An original or notarized copy of the highest academic qualification achieved is required. A notarized translation of the certificate is required if the original document is not in Chinese or English. Applicants currently in their final year of secondary school must submit the original certificate of expected graduation issued by their school.

4.最高学历教育阶段全部课程的成绩单。

须为原件及公证件，中、英文以外文本需提供公证的翻译件。

4. Official Academic Transcripts

Submit original or notarized transcripts for all courses completed during your highest level of education. If the transcripts are not in Chinese or English, a notarized translation must be provided.

5.汉语水平考试四级以上证书、成绩单复印件（学历生提供）。

6.至2026年7月15日前未满18周岁的申请人，需提交监护人有效证件及保证书，监护人应为其父母委托在中国境内常住的外国人或者中国人。

6. Applicants under 18 years of age as at July15, 2026 must submit a valid ID of their guardian and a Guardianship Letter. The guardian must be a Chinese citizen or foreign permanent resident in China authorized by the applicant’s parents.

7.从中国大陆（内地）及港澳台地区移民外国并加入外国国籍的申请人，需提交入籍证明、近4年（2022年8月30日至2026年8月30日）的护照出入境记录复印件或国外实际居住2年以上的证明。

Applicants who have emigrated from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and acquired a foreign nationality must submit the Certificate of Naturalization and a copy of passport pages with entry and exit stamps for the most recent four-year period (from August 30, 2022 to August 30, 2026) or proof of having actually resided abroad for two years or more during that time.
